Sophia joined the 1 Benefit Solutions team in 2023 helping with small group renewals.

After joining the team, Sophia has transitioned into our Strategic Solutions coordinator. In this new role, Sophia handles the marketing, client communication and benefits administrative systems implementation and coordination for clients.
